Delivery & Shipping

 

  • Disclaimers & Delays: Loux Hair shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, acts of nature, or incorrect and incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Same-Day Delivery Requirements: Same-day delivery is subject to carrier availability. Customers must confirm availability via phone before placing a same-day delivery order.

  • Fees, Duties & Taxes: All displayed prices on Loux Hair exclude delivery fees, customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes. Any applicable levies imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, Loux Hair does not issue refunds or accept general exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. To be eligible for a replacement, the faulty item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, and it must remain unused, unworn, unaltered, and retained in its original packaging.
